Because all Miracle of Roses items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the issue

-A description of the problem

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified defects or errors. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
